Content & Lead Generation (Freelance, Remote, EN/FR)

Base pay range Created Agency is an integrated, Brussels-based communication agency focused on visual storytelling, audiovisual production and digital communication. Our clients include EU-funded projects, NGOs, international organisations and corporate communication teams. We are looking for a freelance Marketing & Sales Specialist who can develop our marketing strategy and actively generate new leads in the Brussels communications ecosystem. Tasks • Develop and execute a content strategy across LinkedIn, IG, newsletter and blogging. • Manage and grow our LinkedIn and IG company pages and community. • Produce monthly editorial calendars and performance reports. • Conduct cold outreach (email, LinkedIn or calls) to EU project managers, communication officers, NGOs and international organisations. • Use outreach tools such as Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar. • Prepare cold outreach sequences, messages and pitch notes. • Qualify leads, schedule introduction calls, and represent Created Agency professionally. • Support proposal preparation when required. Requirements • 2–5 years experience in digital marketing, B2B outreach, sales, communication or business development. • Demonstrated experience creating or managing a marketing content strategy (not only posting content). • Experience with cold outreach tools and workflows (Lemlist, Sales Navigator, etc.). • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). • Strong writing skills for sales, outreach and marketing content. • Experience working with NGOs, international organisations, EU institutions, or corporate communication clients is a strong advantage. • Understanding of the Brussels communications environment is a plus. • Ability to work independently and meet measurable objectives.
