Content Freelancer
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Freelancer to support our content team in producing high-quality visual and written content. The ideal freelancer will have experience in creating engaging visual assets like infographics and be able to write concise and informative page summaries. Intermediate design skills and a strong understanding of content strategy are essential.
Key Responsibilities
-Creating Visual Content at Scale
-Develop and design infographics and visual content on a monthly basis to support various content and marketing campaigns.
-Collaborate with content strategists and subject matter experts to convert complex information into clear and engaging visual formats.
-Ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the user experience across digital platforms.
-Use design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma) to create scalable, on-brand visuals efficiently.
Writing Page Summaries
-Create concise, well-written summaries for each webpage to be placed at the top of the page.
-Ensure summaries accurately reflect the page content and help improve SEO and user navigation.
-Tailor summaries for the target audience while maintaining clarity, consistency, and tone of voice.
Design Skills and Knowledge
-Apply intermediate-level design skills to format and present content in a visually appealing way.
-Understand the principles of good design, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
-Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Proven experience in creating visual content (especially infographics) for web or print.
-Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), or similar platforms.
-Strong writing skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise summaries.
-Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
• Knowledge of content strategy and SEO is a plus.
