Position Overview As a Content Creator, you’ll collaborate with the Social Media and Creative teams in strategic concepting and content creation across Zero’s social media clients. To be successful in this role, you are required to stay up to date on fast-moving trend cycles and culturally relevant topics to understand what will resonate for brands online. You are someone who has a natural affinity and passion for the internet and will be the person who consistently brings this awareness and perspective to the team at large. You’ll work directly with teams across disciplines, including Accounts and Creative. Candidates are expected to have some foundation in social media strategy and proven expertise in content creation. In this role, your primary responsibility is to create the most effective work possible in an enjoyable, engaging, and positive environment. You’ll be expected to approach the day-to-day with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset. Strategic Concepting & Planning Collaborating on strategic concepting and planning for social media & content creation (including pre-shoot shotlists and script support, day-of capture, and post-shoot editing) Comprehension of metrics analysis with end-goal to inform content success Helping keep the Zero team on top of trends and plugged into industry updates, following developments from major social platforms and innovative social marketing campaigns Identifying potential trend and cultural content opportunities in collaboration with Zero’s team of Social Strategists & Content Creators Content Creation Possessing a keen eye for art direction and styling Collaborating on the production of social content creation for posts and video across various platforms and creating content Collaborating with the creative team and Art Director in ensuring the look, feel, and voice and tone stay on-brand for Zero’s clients An affinity for being online and a passion for the internet and cultural trends Plan, shoot and edit TikTok and Reels content in-platform Collaborate on the creation of social calendars Ability to create content across a diverse range of clients, tailored to target audiences and in-line with client brand feel Create content independently and with a team Keen eye for detail and a high degree of familiarity with internet trends Ability to think critically to apply art direction and styling to content Curiosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment A proactive approach, taking initiative and responsibility for tasks Nice-to-Haves Ability to travel to shoot UGC content (i.e. stop into retailers and shoot video, shoot photos at different locations for static content, etc.) and comfort shooting content in your home space Interest in social copywriting including captions & in-post copy DSLR + Video shooting capabilities Experience 1-3 years of experience doing social media strategy and content creation for clients #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
