Who You Are
We’re looking for a Content Creator to join our in-house team at Tactical, working with a leading global entertainment brand. We aim to shape culture in
Saudi through excellent content creation and copywriting.You’ll be intimately familiar with all things entertainment in & out of Saudi. Local & global. You love TV shows, movies, and everything in between and can talk about it for hours. You know how fans talk & can talk like one too.
You’re extremely online. You’re someone that’s glued to X (Twitter) & TikTok timelines and loves creating content that makes people feel all the feelings — laugh, cry (in a good way) or smile.
You know Saudi inside out. From cultural references to slang. You have an opinion on Riyadh traffic, and probably queue up outside بَاء بيك هاوس regardless of how long the line is.
You’re highly creative and self-motivated, have excellent creative copywriting skills (White Saudi, Najdi), and collaborate well with others. You know the difference between ي and ى and can place همزات immaculately.
You have a great sense of humour & love a good pun. What you'll do
You’ll develop new content formats & content ideas that get shared, talked about and builds relevance & credibility with Saudis.
Stay on top of entertainment trends—watch, analyze, and know the latest shows and movies inside out.
You can call up movie or TV show scenes instantly so you can create content that speaks to local & global trends in real time.
You know what will get people liking & sharing and you’re in on all the inside jokes.
You’ll figure out how to make global titles relevant & exciting for Saudis through content.
You have a good intuition as to what Saudis will share and talk about.
You’ll write copy for social content.
You’ll contribute to optimising the brand’s overall social strategy as a key member of our team.
You’ll work fast to stay topical & actively search for engagement opportunities through content. As long as there’s conversation on entertainment in Saudi, we will be there… because of the content you create. What you bring
You’re a Saudi national.
You’ve got to love creating content & copywriting.
You’ve got to love entertainment.
2.5+ years in a content creation / social manager role, with a focus on White Saudi or Najdi Arabic.
Excellent editorial judgement editorial judgment—balancing brand voice with audience needs.
Excellent creative writing White Saudi skills. We have a differentiated tone of voice & want to build on that persona.
Intimate familiarity with social platforms (e.g. TikTok, X, Instagram etc.). You know how to optimise a TikTok thumbnail, the importance of the first frame on an Instagram reel and are deeply interested in content performance.
Attention to detail. We move fast. You hate typos as much as we do.
