LifeServe is hiring Donor Recruitment Specialists to work remote/work from home, or to join the in-office team.Primary Responsibilities of this Position Include:
Perform telephone recruitment to schedule appointments with our generous volunteer blood donors.
Update donor information or schedules and maintain confidentiality.
Convey the big picture of saving lives to everyone.
Meet appointments and calls per hour to attain collection goals.
Schedule:
Minimum of 28 hours per week
Required Friday and Saturday shifts
Choose your remaining scheduled shifts within contact center's open hours
Monday: 8am-6pm
Tuesday: 8am-6pm
Wednesday: 8am-6pm
Thursday: 8am-6pm (REQUIRED: Thursday 8-4:30)
Friday - REQUIRED: 8am-4pm
Saturday - REQUIRED: 8am-12:00pm

Persistent and driven to produce a high-quality result.
Motivated and persuasive.
Upbeat and focused with a strong sense of duty.
Superior customer service skills, and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Enjoy interacting with others on a variety of communication platforms.

Call Center/contact center representative or customer service experience preferred. Experience in retail, food service or restaurant is valued.
Working knowledge and experience working on computer system required.
