Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work
Job Description:
As a Contact Center Specialist at Airbnb, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Airbnb guests and hosts over the phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from Airbnb guests and hosts

- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on empathy and understanding
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments for resolution
- Follow Airbnb's policies and procedures to ensure a positive guest experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and communication within the contact center
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude towards problem-solving
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations
- Proficiency in using basic computer programs and online platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
