Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls for our top insurance company client. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:


Inbound Call Handling: Handle incoming calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Outbound Call Handling: Make outbound calls to customers regarding account status, complaints, account collections, and other related issues.
Problem Resolution: Direct calls to senior representatives or specialized teams for further problem resolution, if necessary.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to resolve issues and address concerns.
Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information and interaction details into our CRM system.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, average handle time, and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:


Experience: At least one year of call center or customer service experience.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer software, including CRM systems.
Phone Etiquette: Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


Insurance Industry Experience: Experience working in the insurance industry is preferred.
Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with software applications, such as Microsoft Office.
