Key Responsibilities Make 25-35 outbound calls each hour to prospects by telephone to schedule appointments for our sales team. Utilize our provided scripts to engage, excite, and persuade homeowners on why they should get more information about our products. Overcome objections with provided rebuttals and maintain a positive, can-do attitude in the face of rejection. Reach and exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals. Making notes in our CRM regarding your conversation. Essential Qualifications Must have a quiet space to work and talk on the phone while at home. Must have your own computer with reliable high-speed internet and a headset. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience. 1+ year of experience in a Call Center environment. Proficiency in navigating multiple browser tabs and troubleshooting computer issues as they arise. Previous home improvement experience is a plus!
