The Consumer Loan Processor (CLD) at FCB Banks is responsible for processing new and renewed consumer installment loans and home equity loans. Responsibilities
Ā Produces accurate loan documents through an automated documentation system.

Ā Ensures collateral is collected and lien perfection is complete.

Ā Reviews documents for quality and regulatory requirements.

Ā Reviews files to certify that all loan policy and procedures are being met.

Ā Sets up and organizes loan documents in a standardized file format.

Ā Ensures that loan documents are produced in a timely manner.

Ā Completes pre-booking on computer system.
,
Ā Performs departmental duties as required to maintain adequate workflow.

Ā Performs other tasks, functions or duties as assigned.
Requirements
Ā High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

Ā Associates or Bachelors Degree in relevant field (preferred).
,
Ā 1-3 years banking experience (preferred).
,
Ā 1-3 years loan processing experience (preferred).
,
Ā Strong communication skills: oral, written and listening.
,
Ā Organized and possess the ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Ā Methodical, accurate and detail-oriented.
,
Ā Ability to work under pressure.
Nice-to-haves
Ā Working understanding of the banking industry, regulations, policies and best practices.
