The Process Administrator position is designed to deliver exceptional customer service while performing a variety of moderately complex tasks that require a detailed understanding of company and departmental procedures. Responsibilities
Ā Receives, classifies, reconciles, interprets, consolidates, maintains and/or summarizes multiple sources of records, files or documents.

Ā Compiles regular and special reports drawing data from a variety of sources.

Ā Exchanges information and resolves problems where multiple non-standard solutions are available.

Ā Refers unusual cases to team leader or supervisor.

Ā May train less experienced employees and/or organize work flow.

Ā Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Ā High School Diploma or GED required.

Ā 1 or more years of work experience in a processing type function.
Nice-to-haves
Ā Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented.

Ā Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor.
