Role Description Mercor is collaborating with a leading AI lab to source marketing and brand specialists with proven consumer brand experience. We are seeking individuals who understand how brands position themselves in the market and can apply that expertise across a wide range of shopping categories. Ideal candidates will have held marketing or brand roles at well-known consumer companies (e.g., CPG, retail, lifestyle, or luxury) Bring a strong eye for brand strategy, cultural fit, and audience resonance Qualifications Demonstrated experience in consumer brand marketing roles, ideally with direct responsibility for brand positioning and strategy Background working with or at well-known consumer brands Proven track record in consumer-facing industries such as retail, CPG, lifestyle, fashion, or luxury Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail Requirements Remote and asynchronous — work on your own schedule Flexible weekly commitment, depending on availability and project flow Short-term and project-based, with potential for ongoing opportunities Benefits Hourly Rate: $40–$60/hr (USD), depending on experience and background Payments issued weekly via Stripe Connect Independent contractor classification Application Process Submit your resume and conduct a short 20-min AI interview.
