Issue Resolution: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, escalating complex issues when necessary. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. System Utilization: Utilize company databases and systems to track and monitor customer orders and shipments. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service strategies, and company policies. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Academic Qualification: Associate Level or higher academic qualification. Customer Support Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant customer support experience. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Independence and Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently and resourcefully, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and CRM software. Preferred Qualifications: Logistics or Transportation Industry Experience: Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
