Consulting Services Account Manager | Retail
As a Consulting Services Account Manager, you will own and grow consulting services relationships within a portfolio of existing retail customers. You will be responsible for day-to-day account management for consulting services, identifying new opportunities, and driving renewals, extensions, and add-on engagements. We are seeking applicants with strong client management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate independently while partnering closely with Sales and Consulting Delivery teams to create longâterm customer success.What you will be doing:Own day-to-day management of assigned retail consulting services accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all services engagementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their business needs and prioritiesIdentify, qualify, and drive consulting services renewals, extensions, and add-on engagements within existing customer accountsLead services scoping, proposal development, and statement of work (SOW) creation in partnership with Sales and Consulting Delivery teamsContribute directly to consulting services revenue targets while maintaining an accurate services pipeline and forecastManage client expectations, handle escalations professionally, and maintain high levels of customer satisfactionCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs, successful delivery, and ongoing value realization for retail customersWhat you will likely bring:3+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success in client-facing, consulting services, or account management rolesExperience with Epicor Eagle or Propello platforms is highly preferredHigh school diploma required; Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience preferredWhat Could Set You Apart:Strong presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated experience planning, tracking, and supporting small-to-medium consulting engagements on time and within scopeWorking knowledge of project fundamentals including milestones, risk and issue tracking, and status reportingProven ability to manage client relationships, navigate escalations, and build trusted partnershipsSelf-motivated, growth-oriented mindset with comfort operating independently in an individual contributor roleJoin us at Epicor, where your success is our success.
