In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a wide range of business enabling services that ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong data and analytical skills, a deep understanding of general business and financial aspects, and a proven ability to interpret and enhance processes.
What Youll Do for Us
Utilize your hands-on (business and financial) skills in Microsoft and GME tools to prepare business reports, perform analysis, and track various elements of GME operations.
Provide data and insights to support the quarterly review of preferred suppliers.
Analyze project volume, spend, and staffing models across regions within GME.
Develop reporting systems architecture, report design, data storytelling, and presentation.
Produce and review analyses that require application of financial concepts and/or tools.
Support continuous improvement strategy through financial analysis and ad hoc reporting.
Develop and deploy solutions to mitigate risk and execute opportunities.
Produce and review completed analyses that require application of financial concepts and/or tools.
Develop strategies to enhance relationships with strategic partners and suppliers.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in business management and data analysis
Robust knowledge of business process strategy and improvement methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in financial software systems and tools, including Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay Range:
$85,900 - $103,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
7.5
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
