About the Role: Design Manager, Title & Launch Management We are seeking an accomplished Design Manager to lead our Title and Launch Management team, enabling operational and creative excellence in the delivery and promotion of our content, ads, and games. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional leaders and a talented, remote design team to design and build critical applications that ensure seamless global delivery, accurate tagging, and data-driven personalization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations leadership partners to design and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment and effective implementation. Global Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with global partners, understanding their workflows and ensuring the design team delivers effective and cohesive product experiences that meet their needs. Balancing Client Advocacy and Operational Excellence: Champion client-centricity while driving teams towards operational excellence, finding a balance between advocating for clients and pushing teams towards successful outcomes. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Manage and mentor a design leadership team, providing guidance on navigating complex business areas and ensuring teams are motivated and focused on delivering high-quality results. Visionary Leadership: Provide clear direction, inspiring teams to work towards a shared vision while making meaningful progress that is effective today. Essential Qualifications: Design Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in leading and scaling high-performance design teams, with a proven track record of delivering significant products at a global scale. Passion for B2B2C and Enterprise Solutions: Demonstrated enthusiasm for B2B2C and enterprise-related client issues, with a successful history of driving solutions that meet complex client needs. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional partners, drive alignment, and build strong relationships across business areas. Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Comfortable working with ambiguity, with the ability to bring thorough design thinking and operational structure to complex and evolving problem spaces. Leadership and Inspiration: Ability to inspire, lead, and engage design teams, providing critical business context, feedback, and direction. Preferred Qualifications: Netflix Experience: Familiarity with Netflix's technology stack and ecosystem is a plus. Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience with data-driven decision-making and A/B testing. Cloud-Based Solutions: Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and architecture.
