Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Consultant Conveyancer. The Consultant Conveyancer will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
As a Consultant Conveyancer the applicant will be self employed and build up their own pipeline of files through contacts and networking.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing process
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Proficiency in using conveyancing case management software
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Member of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) or Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is a plus
