We are currently seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to support high-visibility initiatives within the federal space. This role will play a key part in advancing the adoption of emerging technologies and driving enterprise-level innovation. Role Overview As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for exploring and implementing new technologies through prototyping and proof-of-concept development. You will evaluate potential solutions, clearly communicate trade-offs, and help guide adoption across teams. In addition, you will provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior team members. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate emerging technologies through hands-on prototyping and proof-of-concept development • Assess and communicate the advantages, limitations, and risks of new technical solutions • Contribute across development, operations, and security within cloud-based environments • Lead efforts to integrate and scale new technologies across the organization • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 6–10 years of relevant professional experience • Minimum of 3 years deploying production applications in AWS environments • At least 3 years working with AI/ML components in production systems • Strong programming experience with Python • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch • Familiarity with ML platforms and tools (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Hugging Face, Weights & Biases) • Experience with data analysis and manipulation using pandas • Ability to visualize and communicate experimental results (e.g., matplotlib) • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving projects • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including client-facing experience • U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience managing or leading technical teams Benefits • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage • Life insurance and short/long-term disability • 401(k) with employer match • Generous paid time off • Annual professional development and continuing education support • Wellness stipend • Employee referral and performance-based bonus opportunities Posted By: Karla Mejia
