Job Description
Join our dynamic Field Support team as a Project/Program Manager to lead for construction management oversite. You will be at the forefront of exciting launches in 2024, working within two of the fastest-growing business lines.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead and coordinate the testing process at newly launching sites.
ā¢ Manage a team of 6-10 Operations Managers to complete testing of modules and processes.
ā¢ Travel regionally Monday to Friday, 2-3 times per month.
ā¢ Follow provided checklists during the testing process.
ā¢ Report to a team lead and escalate issues as necessary.
ā¢ Utilize Smartsheets and Microsoft Office for project coordination and documentation.
Essential Skills
ā¢ Program and project management experience.
ā¢ Experience in site testing and project coordination.
ā¢ Proficiency in Smartsheets and Microsoft Office.
ā¢ Skills in escalation, risk mitigation, and troubleshooting.
ā¢ Clear communication and administrative writing skills.
ā¢ Excellent people skills and attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
ā¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Work Environment
This is a fully travel-based role, requiring travel to sites 3 out of 4 weeks per month. The typical schedule is from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Thursday or Friday. Initial weeks will involve hands-on training with daily check-ins and duties. There is potential for extension or conversion if the candidate is a suitable fit.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $56.25/hr.
