The Role// As Masabi expands globally, meeting and exceeding security, regulatory, and contractual compliance requirements is more critical than ever.We’re looking for a Compliance Manager to support our audit readiness, policy governance, and day-to-day compliance operations. You’ll help ensure we remain aligned with international standards like PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2, while supporting teams across the business to embed clear, practical compliance into their work.Location// This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Colombia.RespoinsibilitiesCompliance OperationsSupport the day-to-day delivery of our compliance programme across PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2Maintain our compliance calendar and manage evidence collection, documentation reviews, and control testingWork closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors to foster smooth, successful audit and recertification processesTrack and monitor client-specific compliance requirements and contractual obligations, flagging key deliverables and billing impactsPolicy & Risk ManagementDevelop, maintain, and enforce clear, practical policies and procedures that support security and compliance across MasabiHelp identify control gaps through risk assessments and coordinate effective mitigation effortsPartner with Engineering and IT to ensure policies are embedded in workflows and stay ahead of evolving regulationsMonitor industry regulatory landscape to ensure we’re always moving ahead of new requirementsAudit Readiness & Continuous ImprovementKeep Masabi audit-ready all year round, not just during audit windowsCoordinate internal pre-audit reviews, manage evidence trails, and guide teams on audit scope and readinessIdentify ways to improve how we work, from refining processes to introducing smarter automationMaintain a well-organised library of compliance documentation, certifications, and key updatesInternal Collaboration & EnablementAct as the go-to person for compliance questions across Masabi, including RFPs, security questionnaires, and customer queriesSupport education and awareness initiatives to embed a culture of proactive complianceWork closely with our Security Engineer(s) to align policies with broader risk and vulnerability management effortsAbout YouSolid experience in compliance, audit support, security governance, or a related area within a SaaS or tech environmentFamiliarity with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and regulatory compliance frameworksStrong organisational skills with a track record of managing control documentation, audit deliverables, and process trackingUnderstanding of GDPR principles and experience supporting data protection compliance effortsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics accessible to any audienceConfidence working with tools like compliance management systems, ticketing platforms, and Google SuiteProactive mindset with a focus on clarity, continuous improvement, and enablementBonus points if you’ve worked directly with auditors or supported external assessmentsYou’re self-motivated, comfortable in a remote-first environment, and able to manage your time independentlySome of Our Benefits15 days paid vacation per year plus 18 public holidaysPrivate HealthcareMonthly team bonding allowanceMenopause supportChoice of a workstationAbility to work for up to 3 months per year from any country in the worldFun and collaborative environment with a focus on making a difference in the world.In addition to the above, as an employee, you will also have access to a training allowance of up to $750 USD and $250 USD to spend on your home office every year.Careers at Masabi are for people going places - driven by a mission to make transit fair and accessible for all.We are a network of innovators from all walks of life, passionate about making a difference.
