Responsibilities:
Utilize a consultative approach to assist financial services clients in developing and strengthening their compliance management systems.
Provide compliance expertise and potential solutions to identify regulatory gaps and associated risks.
Conduct routine regulatory compliance testing to ensure clients' adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
1-3 years of experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably in compliance or a related field.
Experience in creating, executing, and documenting regulatory compliance audits.
Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business partners, as well as executive management.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
Knowledge and experience in lending are preferred.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $54,000 to $90,000, depending on skills, experience, and location.
Annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on individual and Firm performance.
