* **Handling High Call Volume**: Efficiently manage inbound calls while creating a warm, inviting experience for every caller.
* **Delivering Tailored Interactions**: Follow user-friendly, client-specific scripts to meet the unique needs of each caller and make every interaction meaningful.
* **Active Listening and Engagement**: Actively listen to callers, respond with empathy, and engage thoughtfully to make each call a positive experience (training provided).
* **Accurate Typing and Communication**: Maintain a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute to relay information effectively and accurately.
* **Maintaining Confidentiality and Accuracy**: Ensure that professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy are prioritized on each call.
