Boston law firm Krokidas & Bluestein LLP, a premier boutique firm, is seeking an attorney to join its mission-oriented transactional practice. The firm's clients include nonprofit loan funds, charter schools, health and human services organizations, and other nonprofit and public organizations. We are a full-service firm for the clients we serve.
As a member of the firm’s transaction group, the attorney will have the opportunity to engage in a full range of transactional legal work, including borrower and lender representation, landlord and tenant representation, asset and equity acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and other organizational restructuring.
As a firm, we value collegiality and diversity amongst our lawyers and seek to make our practice both professionally and personally rewarding. Our attorneys are currently working on a hybrid schedule.
