Responsibilities

Ā Foster and develop community relationships.

Ā Coach and develop team members, including managing work schedules and employee-related activities.
Requirements
Ā Experience managing both a sales and operations team preferred.

Ā Demonstrated ability to coach and develop individuals and teams to high achievement.

Ā Banking experience and community involvement in the local market helpful.

Ā Excellent customer service skills and behaviors; highly motivated, focused, and goal-oriented.

Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor.

Ā Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ā Ability to multi-task effectively.

Ā 2 years of retail banking or related experience in a financial service industry required.
