VA Needed: Create 4 Premium Listings on Airbnb & Booking.com (High Attention to Detail)
We are a premier short-term rental optimization firm based in Riga. We manage high-quality real estate assets ranging from studios to luxury 4-bedroom apartments.
We are looking for a meticulous Virtual Assistant to manually upload 4 properties to both Airbnb and Booking.com as a paid test project.
The Opportunity: This is a test batch. If you perform well and demonstrate high accuracy, we have a portfolio of 15+ additional apartments ready for upload immediately after this contract.
The Task: We will provide you with a folder for each property containing:
High-resolution photos.
Property details (Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Sqm).
Title and Description text.
List of Amenities.
Your Responsibilities:
Create Listings: Manually create the listing on Airbnb AND Booking.com for each of the 4 properties.
Photo Sequencing: Upload photos in the exact order provided. This is critical for our "premium" presentation.
Precision Mapping: Accurately map our provided amenities to the checkboxes on each platform (e.g., if we say "Work Friendly," you must check "Dedicated Workspace" and "Fast Wi-Fi").
House Rules: Input our strict "No Party" policies and "Quiet Hours" exactly as provided.
Consistency: Ensure the "House Manual" and check-in details are consistent across both platforms.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience with Booking.com Extranet and Airbnb Host dashboard is required. You must know how to navigate the specific amenity sections of both.
Detail-Oriented: You do not guess. If an amenity is missing or unclear, you ask.
No PMS Work: You do not need to connect pricing software or a PMS. This is strictly manual listing creation.
Budget: [$80] Fixed Price for 4 Properties (uploaded to both platforms).
