Are you ready to join us in this mission?Job DescriptionCommunity Affiliate ManagementOversee the daily operations of the community affiliate programs.Engage with affiliates, providing them with the necessary support and resources to succeed.Monitor and address any issues or concerns within the community.Data Analysis & ReportingCollect, analyze, and interpret data from the community to identify trends and insights.Prepare regular reports on community performance, providing recommendations for improvement.Utilize data to refine strategies and enhance the overall effectiveness of the community affiliate program.Strategy CreationCollaborate with the team to create and implement strategies to grow the community affiliate.Identify opportunities to optimize engagement and drive conversions.QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, community management, or a related fieldProven track record of building and managing online communities or affiliate programsAbility to create and execute effective community outreach and engagement strategiesProficiency in using social media platforms, forums, and community management toolsAnalytical skills to track and measure the success of affiliate campaigns and community engagementExperience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
