Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and personable individuals to help us grow our Commerical Business. This role is ideal for part-time professionals, retirees, or individuals with a background in fields such as real estate, insurance, property management, rental management, or anyone with commercial contacts.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate business by connecting with commercial customers in need of our carpet, tile and grout, and upholstery cleaning services.

Opportunity is unlimited, any business or organization that has carpet, tile, or upholstery is a potential customer.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and engage potential commercial customers. Cold call and visit businesses within your territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, property managers, rental agencies, and other business professionals to generate referrals.
• Promote Oxi Fresh’s cleaning services, emphasizing our eco-friendly and effective solutions.
• Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed commission-based revenue targets.
• Utilize local networks and community connections to establish a strong customer base.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Track and report sales performance to ensure alignment with goals.
• Set appointments with decision-makers and close contracts

Compensation:

• 20% commission on all commercial contracts (first year)
• Additional revenue sharing for upsells and add-on services
• Bonuses for performance, reviews, and client retention
