Commercial Underwriting Assistant
Swyfft Holdings, LLC is a reputable program administrator managing homeowner, commercial, and flood insurance policies. They are seeking a Commercial Underwriting Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the commercial underwriting team, ensuring accurate processing of new business, renewals, and post-bind policy transactions.ResponsibilitiesPrepare policy documentation for binding and issuanceCommunicate with agents and underwriters regarding missing information, documentation, or notice-related questionsTrack outstanding items and manage priorities to meet regulatory and underwriting deadlinesAssist with endorsements, cancellations, and non-renewalsEnsure accurate entry of underwriting and policy data upon bindingMaintain accurate electronic underwriting filesSupport audits, carrier reviews, and compliance requestsPrepare, issue, and track regulatory Oden notices, including but not limited to: Non-renewal notices, Conditional renewal notices, Cancellation notices.
