As our first dedicated Commercial PMM, you'll own go-to-market for employer- and partner-facing products, build the enablement infrastructure from the ground up, and become the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and CS. The impact is immediate: better-equipped reps, faster deal velocity, and a commercial org that knows exactly what Tava offers and why it wins.What You'll DoCommercial GTM & LaunchesOwn end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for employer/commercial initiatives, including launch planning, stakeholder alignment, and readiness.Build launch narratives and rollout plans across internal and external audiences, including milestone communications and packaging of assets.Translate product changes into clear, compelling value for HR leaders and other commercial stakeholders.Positioning, Messaging & ContentDevelop and maintain segmented commercial messaging frameworks (value props, proof points, competitive context, FAQs) tailored to key buyer personas such as EAP, Health Plan Partners, Care Navigation Partners, and TPA Partners.Manage the creation of customer-facing collateral including one-pagers, product explainers, web copy updates, and onboarding resources.Draft and maintain help content and knowledge base articles for employer- and partner-facing audiences.Sales EnablementBuild and maintain a "source of truth" for commercial GTM assets, including product overview decks, training walkthroughs, release notes, and internal docs.Drive adoption of enablement materials with the commercial team and keep them current after launch.Partner on biweekly syncs with Sales, CS, and Marketing to stay aligned on needs and roadmap.Cross-Functional StorytellingSupport company-level narratives that ladder up to commercial strategyIntegrate into engineering/product launch workflows so every release is GTM readyWhat We're Looking For3+ years in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS; experience supporting sales or revenue teams required.Proven GTM ownership: you've run launches, built messaging frameworks, and created enablement materials.Strong writing and narrative skills: you can make complex workflows feel simple, valuable, and urgent.Organized and proactive: you build systems, hit deadlines, and flag blockers early.Collaborative by nature: comfortable partnering across Product, Sales, CS, Support an Marketing to drive clarity and execution.Mission-driven: you care about making mental health care more accessible and want your work to reflect that.Why You'll Love Working With UsEnjoy working remotely in this full-time, salaried position with Tava.
