Position 3: Commercial Portfolio AccountantLocation: Remote / On-site (TBD)Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Commercial Real EstateAbout the Role:Windsor Management is seeking a skilled Commercial Portfolio Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a portfolio level, overseeing financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations for multiple properties. The right candidate will be analytical, dependable, and well-versed in commercial real estate accounting practices.Key Responsibilities:Manage general ledger activity across a portfolio of commercial propertiesPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reportingReconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and income statementsReview and prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustmentsCollaborate with property managers and operations teams to ensure accurate reportingPrepare owner and investor financial packages, including variance analysisAssist with budgeting and forecasting processesEnsure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policiesQualifications:4+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in commercial real estateStrong understanding of property-level and portfolio-level accountingExperience with CAM reconciliations, lease abstracts, and tenant expense recoveriesProficiency with real estate accounting software (e.g., MRI, Yardi) and ExcelHighly analytical with strong attention to detailCPA or degree in accounting/finance preferred but not required
