Commercial Lines Insurance Processor

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Insurance Processor to join our dynamic team, providing essential support to our various insurance tracking clients and ensuring compliance standards are met. Responsibilities Utilizing our proprietary software, CR-Certify, process certificates, endorsements, policies and other documents Communicating with clients, insureds, and brokers via phone and email Reviewing, analyzing, and inputting insurance data Ability to learn Property and Casualty insurance in a fast-paced environment Collaborating within a team to meet client expectations Thrive in a consistent and repetitive environment Skills College Degree or equivalent work experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail Possess basic analytical skills Ability to work within multiple software systems Use deductive reasoning and problem solving Strong customer service skills Ability to operate independently and within a team Organize and prioritize tasks, assignments, and deadlines A requirement of this position is to obtain within six (6) months of starting, a Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance Brokers License at company expense Previous P&C insurance experience and license desired A candidate without experience should not be deterred from applying as CR Solutions is open and willing to teach the industry to the right person Benefits True 40-hour work week Hybrid Work Schedule (In office Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) Daily paid exercise time at on-site gym 3 weeks PTO per year 10 company holidays and 5 half days per year Paid Parental Leave 2 paid days off to volunteer per year Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance 3% annual 401k match Perks like: Casual office, specialty coffee, & regular staff celebrations Company Overview Consolidated Risk Solutions specializes exclusively in wrap-ups for large-scale construction projects.
