About the Role
100% remote insurance job opening for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager with one of the oldest independent insurance agencies in the Southeast. The company has a large Transportation team, so this position requires experience working with commercial insurance programs for trucking accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will:
ā¢ Work closely with producers and marketers to manage monitor insurance programs, strategize about renewals, monitor claims statuses, and handle escalated customer service issues
ā¢ Liaise with external partners like underwriters and brokers as well as the client to discuss policy and coverage specifications, renewal timelines, and more
Skills & Experience
ā¢ At least three (3) years of property and casualty insurance experience
ā¢ Prior experience with fleet transportation insurance programs is required
ā¢ Active state insurance license
ā¢ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
