We review applications within 48 hours on weekdays and will reach out to your email if you are selected for an interview.If selected, please respond to the email and schedule an interview within 24 hours for optimal consideration as our hiring process moves very quickly!MISSION: Help us create high-performing visual content across paid advertising and digital channels that looks great and drives real results.TASKS INCLUDE:Design ad creatives, banners, and promotional graphics for paid social and digital channelsEdit and prepare images for use across ad formats and placementsBuild mockups for A/B creative tests aligned with brand guidelinesCollaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh ideasManage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesYOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES:Trained graphic designer who can hit the ground runningProficient in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and similar design toolsStrong eye for composition, hierarchy, and design that convertsHighly organized and self-motivated — able to manage multiple projects independentlyDetail-oriented with a genuine understanding of brand guidelines and creative briefsExperience designing paid social creatives for Meta, Google, or AppLovinBonus: Familiarity with AI tools to generate ad creativesBonus: Ability to animate statics with AIBonus: Great EnglishWHAT MAKES THIS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY: We offer a lot of stability once we find the right candidates.
