We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Sales Representative to expand our commercial client base and drive new project opportunities.
This role is ideal for a salesperson who already understands the commercial electrical industry, including lighting retrofits, electrical service work, and facility electrical upgrades.

• Commercial LED lighting retrofit projects
• Electrical service work for commercial facilities
• Exterior lighting upgrades and pole lighting
• Interior lighting conversions
• Electrical maintenance services
• Multi-location commercial electrical projects

• Industrial facilities
• Multi-site commercial operators
• Large facility maintenance departments

What You'll Be Responsible For
• Generating new business opportunities within the commercial electrical market
• Building relationships with facility managers, property managers, and commercial clients
• Identifying lighting retrofit and electrical service opportunities
• Conducting site visits and evaluating electrical needs
• Preparing project proposals and scopes of work
• Presenting solutions and closing electrical service and retrofit projects
• Working with project managers and operations to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of commercial electrical industry sales experience
• Experience selling electrical contracting services or lighting retrofit projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial lighting systems and electrical service work
• Proven ability to generate and close commercial electrical projects
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

• Background working for an electrical contractor or lighting retrofit company
• Experience selling LED retrofit or energy efficiency projects
• Existing relationships with facility managers or commercial property managers
• Knowledge of commercial electrical infrastructure and lighting applications
