Overview
CCMSI is seeking an experienced Multi-Line Claim Consultant to join our team supporting a dedicated client account. This role is responsible for investigating and adjusting multi-line claims, with a focus on auto property damage and mid-level bodily injury claims. Experience with commercial trucking claims is highly desirable. We offer a collaborative environment, manageable caseloads, and a flexible hybrid or remote work option.

Responsibilities
Investigate, evaluate, and adjust multi-line claims, ensuring compliance with claim handling standards and applicable laws.
Establish and manage reserves within assigned authority levels.
Review and oversee medical, legal, damage estimates, and invoices to ensure reasonableness and appropriateness.
Authorize and issue payments on claims following CCMSI procedures and within payment authority limits.
Negotiate settlements in line with corporate standards, client-specific instructions, and state regulations.
Select, refer, and supervise work assigned to outside vendors (e.g., legal, surveillance, case management).
Monitor subrogation claims and assist in resolution.
Maintain accurate claim diaries and prepare detailed status reports as needed.
Coordinate effectively with clients, claimants, and other relevant parties throughout the adjustment process.
Prepare excess/reinsurance notifications and attend hearings, mediations, and legal conferences as required.
Conduct claim reviews and training sessions for clients, contributing to continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure compliance with corporate claim handling standards and client-specific instructions.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of multi-line claims handling experience, with a strong emphasis on auto property damage and mid-level bodily injury claims. Commercial trucking experience is highly desirable.
License: Active adjuster's license is required.
Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
High level of initiative and attention to detail.
Ability to manage job pressures in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
