College Scout position open for Sales Professionals (Remote)
Work from home, evenings and weekends, set your own schedule within recommended time frames. 100% commission, full-time or part-time positions available. If you commit full-time you can enroll 25+ athletes per month and earn $70,000 - $110,000+ per year.

A College Scout at National Prospect ID will:
Evaluate high school student-athletes from home
Conduct Zoom sales meetings with student-athletes and their families
Work directly with student-athletes to help them earn scholarships and get recruited
Top Scouts will:
Master the National Prospect ID Scout training
Be coach-able
Open 35+ 1-hour evening/weekend slots on their calendar per week
Enroll 25+ qualified student-athletes into our premium memberships each month
Memorize the recruiting timeline for each sport
Have a general understanding of most sports
• Our team will set meetings for you to fill your calendar... but you will always need to prospect your own recruits too. We will train you on how to bring in student athletes through multiple avenues.
National Prospect ID employees who thrive typically possess the following characteristics:
Have previous experience as a high school/collegiate/professional coach or collegiate/professional athlete
Sales experience is strongly preferred, this is a sales position
Exceptional time management skills
Self-motivated
Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends to conduct zoom meetings with student-athletes and their family)
Outgoing personality, willing to meet face to face with coaches, student-athletes and their families in your territory
