We are looking for a dedicated Medical Insurance Collections Analyst like you to be a part of our team. Job Summary and Qualifications The Collections Analyst is responsible for working reconciliations, processing IPLAN change request, working default reports, working collection pools as assigned and assisting Collectors as needed. In this role you will: Performs the Artiva reconciliation and ensures any issues are resolved timely. Process IPLAN changes timely as requested. Performs daily balancing of the AR Completes the SMA 3 Exhibit (if applicable) Work reports as assigned Work eRequest queues as assigned. Works pools as assigned Manages special processes related to processing accounts restored with an AX status Support Collections work from home as needed. Maintains productivity and QA standards.
