At Superhuman Prospecting (SHP), our mission is to redefine cold calling and sales prospecting in the 21st century. After many thousands of conversations with prospective buyers, we know selling requires diffusing the natural anxiety and pressure people feel due to poor ethics and sales tactics of a past era. What's our approach? Slow down the sales process, and focus on building trust with people who could benefit from our client's products and services.
We make business-to-business cold calls on behalf of companies like Uber, Moen and Compuvision.

Our call center representatives are responsible for scripted outbound cold calling and appointment setting for multiple business-to-business projects (B2B)! No consumer calls!
Position Requirements
• Computer RAM of 8gb or higher (proof required upon hiring)
• Stable high-speed internet
• Headset
• Ability to work from a quiet home office setting
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Coachable
• Goal oriented with a focus on personal improvement
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude
• Dynamic ability to problem solve and multitask
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to remain in stationary position 95% of the time while doing what you do best, connect with businesses!
• Outbound appointment setting experience is a plus
Shift
• Flexible shifts hours in all US time zones
• Our call center is open Monday - Friday, 8:45am – 7:00pm (Eastern Time)
• May work 20 - 40 hours / week
Compensation and What is Provided
• $13-16 / hour base
• $15-20 / hour including bonuses (company average)
