Job Title : Change Management Consultant Location : Seattle Washington Remote Contract Job Description :1. Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget2. Serve as the scrum master, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to scrum principles3. Implement and oversee change management processes to effectively manage project scope changes4. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders5. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project risks6. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution7. Monitor and report on project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize project delivery Skill Requirements1. Expertise in scrum master practices, including facilitating scrum events, coaching the team, and removing obstacles2. In-depth knowledge of project management change management principles and methodologies3. Proficient in agile methodology, with the ability to effectively apply agile practices in project management4. Strong communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and collaborate with stakeholders5.
