Cofounder (CTO / CPO / COO / CMO)
Important Context (Please Read)
Forvanta is currently pre-revenue and raising its first seed round. We are actively speaking with investors and expect funding to close anywhere from immediately to within the next ~3 months.
Because of this:
• The cofounder role begins as equity-only
• Salary begins immediately once capital is raised
• The cofounder will receive 49% equity during an initial 6-month probationary period
• After the probationary period, equity transitions to 50% ownership, assuming both parties agree the partnership is working well
This structure ensures the partnership is a strong long-term fit for both founders.
About Forvanta
Forvanta is a personal financial forecasting platform designed to help individuals translate life goals into structured financial strategy.
The platform combines long-term financial modeling with everyday financial tools to create a lifecycle financial operating system for households.
Unlike traditional budgeting apps, Forvanta focuses on:
• Long-term financial forecasting
• Life event modeling
• intelligent capital allocation
• structured savings and investment planning
• retirement sustainability modeling
• scenario-based financial decision simulation
The underlying architecture has already been designed and validated as a rules-based financial forecasting engine, and the next phase is translating that system into a scalable SaaS platform.
The product will initially launch as a B2C subscription platform, with a planned B2B expansion in approximately 2–3 years, enabling financial advisors, consulting firms, and businesses to leverage the forecasting engine for professional financial modeling and planning.
About the Founder
Forvanta was founded by Sarah Clark, who currently serves as CEO.
Sarah’s background is in finance, accounting, and financial systems architecture, and she designed the full financial modeling framework that powers the platform.
