Duties • Lead the development and execution of strategic planning initiatives to align operational goals with overall company vision. • Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to best practices. • Manage business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding customer base. • Implement effective change management strategies to facilitate organizational growth and adapt to evolving market conditions. • Supervise senior leadership teams, providing guidance on management practices, project execution, and process improvements. • Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement initiatives and innovative solutions. • Develop and manage budgets, conduct forecasting activities, and monitor financial performance to ensure sustainable growth. • Oversee program management efforts to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. • Cultivate a high-performance culture by inspiring leadership at all levels and fostering a collaborative work environment.
