Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced C#.Net Developer with strong communication and technical skills to design, document, develop, test, and deploy backend enhancements. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and product owners to ensure smooth delivery of functional solutions that align with business goals and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain C#-based data transformations using JSON, XML, CSV, and fixed-width formats. • Design and implement APIs in C# or integrate with third-party APIs for efficient backend data exchange. • Create and execute C# batch processes and manage backend automation tasks. • Write and optimize complex SQL stored procedures, DDL, and DML scripts in Microsoft SQL Server. • Design, develop, and maintain C# console applications for backend processes. • Collaborate with teams to deploy code across multiple environments and support production cutovers. • Contribute to technical documentation, including detailed specifications and data mapping for ETL processes. • Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization of backend code. • Ensure security and data protection measures are implemented in accordance with corporate standards. • Collaborate with UX designers, analysts, and project managers to meet project milestones and technical objectives. • Utilize GitHub Enterprise for version control and code review (e.g., pull requests). • Stay current with emerging backend technologies and best practices. • (Preferred) Work with Itron Temetra for system integration and data management. Required Skills & Experience: • Advanced proficiency in C# development, including API creation and data transformations using JSON and XML. • Strong knowledge of SQL programming, stored procedures, and MS SQL Server architecture. • Experience executing batch processes and backend workflows using C#. • Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise (pull requests, branching, version control). • Expertise in technical documentation and ETL data mapping. • Proven ability to troubleshoot, test, and debug backend systems. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Experience with Itron Temetra integration (preferred).
