Shift: Saturday and Sunday 4:30pm-9pm

Responsibilities (will vary by client):
Homemaker/Companion (Lighthouse cleaning, meal prep, laundry)
Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, transferring)
Follow a plan of care
Qualifications:
HHA/CNA required
Willingness to complete TB Test or Chest X-ray
CPR certificate
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
Level 2 Background Check
Willingness to complete CEU's (Alzheimer/Dementia, HIV/AIDs)
Prior home care experience a plus
Access to email and a mobile smart device
Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
