Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for multiple clients in Manakin Sabot and Goochland
Mileage and travel time are paid between client visits
Compensation & Benefits
- The compensation for this position is $18/hr, 30-40 hrs/ week (paid weekly)
- Travel time and mileage paid if traveling from one case to the next
- SIMPLE IRA with company match
Responsibilities
- Assist elder care clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Monitor client's health conditions
- Provide compassionate, professional care and support
- Respond to any medical or behavioral problems and intervene as appropriate
- Provide companionship and socialization
Requirements
- Must possess current CNA and/or PCA certification
- 1+ years of professional experience working in a healthcare setting
- Must have the ability to quickly and effectively assess the needs of the elderly population
- Ability to easily lift and transfer... clients
