Must be able to work effectively while under pressure to meet deadlines and be able to work with other team members. The candidate must be quick and accurate in daily decisions. Future growth in the CLVS team is a consideration for processing shipments.Day shift - Monday to Friday - 8:00AM - 4:00PM  or 9:00 – 5:00PM (Remote - Working from Home)Responsibilities:Daily keying entries and commercial invoices into the ITMR4 system from courier portal websites (UPS, FedEx, DHL)Understand perishable shipments and the importance of following upManaging Outlook and answering customer and internal analyst inquiriesDraft and send emails to clients and carriers for missing information for Customs release. (PO’s)Managing inbound and outbound calls by phoneEssential Functions:Strong organization skills, able to prioritize work while keeping strict deadlinesAttention to detail, able to handle large volumes of work with accuracyStrong problem-solving / organizational skills with memory retention for all clients SOP/instructionsAble to read and understand a commercial invoice and select the proper clientSelf-motivated with proven ability to work without supervision.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and ExcelExperience with Descartes ITMR4 would be an assetMust be able to type with a minimum of 40-50 wpmQualifications:High school graduate Additional Information:8- hour shift (one hour lunch plus two fifteen- minute breaks)Monday to Friday
