Location: Newark, NJ
Position Summary:
• Assist in managing physical and cloud-based infrastructure and systems.
• Handle troubleshooting, support for storage, backup/recovery, and monitoring technologies.
• Ensure installation, upgrades, monitoring, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Utilize scripting/automation tools; overnight and occasional weekend coverage required.
• Provide solutions for complex problems, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Administer and monitor physical and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Stay updated on technology trends and apply them to IT systems.
• Lead patch management and configure operating systems.
• Support and update servers and datacenters in real-time.
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
Minimum Education & Experience:
• Bachelor s Degree in a related field or an additional five years of related experience.
• At least ten years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Azure certification
• AWS certification
• Microsoft certification

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Expertise in Microsoft Server and Linux environments.
• Proficient in IT design & administration for cloud solutions.
• Experience with various tools: Active Directory, Office 365, AWS, VMware, and more.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Effective communication, organization, and process improvement abilities.
