Cloud Platform Scrum Master

Job Description: • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and reviews) across multiple cloud and DevOps delivery teams. • Partner with Product Owners to manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to align with strategic goals. • Track team performance metrics (velocity, throughput, predictability) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and cross-team coordination issues to maintain delivery momentum. • Coach teams on Agile principles and iterative delivery of platform services. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of experience leading Agile teams, preferably within Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure engineering environments OR High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience leading Agile teams, preferably within Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure engineering environments • 5+ years of experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools. • 5+ years of experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD workflows, and/or cloud-based delivery models.
