Design, build, and maintain the cloud infrastructure for Highmark Health, ensuring its reliability and scalability. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement cloud solutions that meet business needs. Monitor and troubleshoot cloud systems to identify and resolve any issues. Continuously evaluate and improve cloud operations processes and procedures. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud technology. Provide support and guidance to other team members on cloud-related projects. Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with all security protocols. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement. Document all processes and procedures related to cloud operations. Stay organized and maintain detailed records of all activities and tasks. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality.
