About the Role
- Company makes over $1M/month in revenue
- 50–100 clients cycle monthly, creating warm backend opportunities
- You book your own calls from those opportunities for yourself
- You then close those opportunities yourself
- Expect to close $150K/month in revenue minimum
- You should be booking & running 3–5 calls/day and closing 1–2 consistently
- Regular training & call reviews & support
Compensation
- $2,500/month base salary
- 5% commission on cash collected
- On-target earnings: $8K–$10K/month minimum

- Experienced in high-ticket coaching sales
- Can handle full sales cycle independently
