Our modules allow sites to capture data electronically in real-time, providing data managers and monitors with enhanced transparency, and enabling remote monitoring by sponsors and CROs. CRIO’s eSource and CTMS system is a leading, modern, enterprise platform built for clinical research sites. Since CRIO’s launch in 2016, CRIO has established the leading brand position in eSource and has won close to 50% of the emerging class of enterprise-grade site networks, many of whom are backed by institutional investors such as VC, PE and corporations. CRIO has achieved the attached metrics, all with little to no serious outbound sales or marketing. In 2022, CRIO released its Reviewer product, a separate application that allows third parties to review, query, lock, medical code and extract source data collected in eSource. Reviewer is a flexible application that CRIO plans to commercialize with its own site networks, with third party vendors (e.g., overnight EDC entry services), and with sponsors and CRO’s as either a remote monitoring tool OR a full EDC solution. This innovative architecture is truly groundbreaking, and offers a new vision for how sponsors and CRO’s can drive quality and efficiency. Requirements For this role, we are looking for an engaged, talented, detail-oriented marketing professional to join CRIO. This role covers marketing, demand generation, and driving site, sponsor and CRO leads to CRIO. Overall • Manage and oversee all aspects of marketing within CRIO, including managerial oversight of marketing team members • Develop, implement, and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans for current and future CRIO product and service offerings • Develop integrated multichannel campaigns leveraging a wide variety of tactics including email marketing, social media, SEO, conferences, PR, webinars, and other inbound and outbound marketing campaigns • Set KPIs and measure performance of campaigns to ensure each program contributes to sales goals • Oversee demand generation and lead management process for core campaigns • Create accurate target personas in order to build prospect lists and segment audiences • Manage marketing budget and expenses • Promote go-to-market messaging and value propositions for core services • Analyze markets and competitors • Develop, in conjunction with CRIO SMEs, SWOT analysis, industry trends data and sales playbooks • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate client insights • Collaborate with sales operations and customer experience teams for idea generation and marketing idea generation • Register and coordinate all conference and trade show activity • Manage vendors, as required A successful candidate will have: • Comfort with eClinical and clinical trial technology subject matter such as electronic source/direct data capture (eSource/DDC), clinical trial execution and regulations related to clinical trial technology • Experience using Salesforce CRM Platform, Pardot, Hubspot and Canva • Proven track record of successfully implementing digital, video, and traditional marketing strategies to generate sales and track KPIs • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools • Knowledge of digital marketing as well as CRM and email messaging tools • Exceptional talent and passion for effective communications, particularly writing • Ability to confidently and adeptly speak with executives and thought leaders in the life sciences • Experience implementing digital marketing and content marketing strategies • 7+ years of industry experience in the business categories of life sciences, pharmaceuticals, clinical trials, or software that supports clinical trials. • Bachelor or Masters of Science degree in business, marketing, or a related field Benefits Benefits & Perks: • Work from anywhere • Coworking Reimbursement • Lunch on us - During Training Days • Unlimited vacation • Unlimited sick days • 401k company match • Healthcare • Dental • Vision • Life insurance • Stock options • Professional development Clinical Trial Software - Senior Director, Marketing (REMOTE) - Clinical Research IO (CRIO) - Boston, MA - work from home job Expected salary: Location: Boston, MA Clinical Trial Software - Senior Director, Marketing (REMOTE) - Clinical Research IO (CRIO) - Boston, MA - work from home job Job date: Thu, 16 Mar 2023 05:50:13 GMT Apply for the job now!
