We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with the creativity, drive, and strategic insight to build Dominion Labs into a globally recognized brand. The ideal candidate is both visionary and execution-focused — someone who can blend storytelling, technology, and design into a cohesive brand narrative that inspires audiences and investors alike. What You’ll Do Brand Leadership & Creative Vision • Define and execute Dominion Labs’ s brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all platforms. • Lead creative direction, storytelling, and brand design to communicate Dominion Labs’ mission with clarity and emotion. • Develop compelling narratives around our products — TorinAI, Obsidian, and sustainable AI initiatives — to establish a recognizable, trustworthy brand voice. • Oversee all creative campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across visual, written, and experiential channels. Marketing Strategy & Growth • Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy spanning digital, PR, product, and community engagement. • Launch targeted campaigns to attract users, investors, and strategic partners while building global brand awareness. • Drive measurable growth through performance marketing, strategic communications, and partnerships. • Identify and expand into emerging markets and media channels relevant to AI, technology, and innovation. • Oversee brand expansion into thought leadership — conferences, publications, and strategic collaborations. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with the CEO and executive team to align marketing goals with overall company objectives. • Lead and inspire a creative, high-performance marketing team grounded in innovation and accountability. • Collaborate with the R&D and product teams to translate complex technology into accessible, compelling messaging. • Partner with the CFO and COO on growth forecasting, market insights, and investor relations materials. Who You Are • Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer, VP of Marketing, or Creative Director in the AI, technology, or innovation sector. • Deep understanding of brand storytelling, digital ecosystems, and growth marketing. • Exceptional ability to balance creative vision with data-driven execution. • Proactive, bold, and relentlessly driven — thrives in an environment of innovation, autonomy, and big ideas. • Master communicator with a passion for translating complex ideas into emotionally resonant narratives. • Experience scaling early-stage brands into global recognition. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
